It will soon be Christmas! Join Fabrice Hendrikx (from Côtes et Nature) to brew an amber beer in preparation for the cold winter days … Come and discover the secrets of amateur brewing and all the different stages: choice and milling of grains, mashing, lautering, heating the wort, etc. Fabrice will then complete the fermentation and bottling processes and you willl be able to collect your own bottle about a month later.
