The Domaine des Courmettes, situated between Grasse and Vence, is managed by A Rocha. It is a Christian centre welcoming churches and individuals for various activities and offering seminars, internships and themed holidays raising environmental awareness. Situated at 850 metres the centre offers a unique and superb panorama of the coast from Nice to Cannes.
A Rocha (« the Rock » in Portuguese) is a Christian organisation present in 20 countries and is active in nature protection through its scientific studies, practical environmental conservation work and education activities. In France A Rocha has two field study centres where visitors are welcome: Les Tourades, an environmental study centre near Arles and Les Courmettes.
