Come recharge your batteries at 850m altitude! We’ll get immersed in nature and dig deep into God’s love for creation through walks, workshops and getting our hands dirty. We’ll learn about plants, butterflies, geology and more, and seize the day for play, rest and reflection as we take the time to connect with each other and with God.

Programme

  • Nature walks to learn about local flora and fauna
  • Worship and Bible teaching on caring for creation
  • Hands-on activities, e.g. organic gardening, bee-keeping…
  • Time to relax and explore the local area (own transport needed)
  • Hike up to the summit to enjoy the sunrise or sunset
  • Relaxed evenings, e.g. stargazing, folk dancing, games…

Cost

Annual A Rocha France membership fee (mandatory): 5€/adult
Full board and all activities (price per person for the week):

  • 300€ Camping
  • 380€ Dormitory
  • 430€ Double/shared bedroom without ensuite
  • 490€ Double/shared bedroom with ensuite
  • 570€ Single room without ensuite
  • 630€ Single room with ensuite

Discounts for children: 12-17 years old: -30% | 7-11 years old: -50% | 3-6 years old: -70% | <3 years old: free

Practical information

  • Arrival on Sunday from 4 pm, departure on Saturday morning after breakfast
  • Meals are organic, vegetarian or with limited amounts of meat and fish.
  • Participants are asked to help with clearing and washing up meals.
  • Bed linen is provided but not towels.
  • The buildings are at 850m so please remember it can be cool in the mornings and evenings, even in summer!
