In the beginning of April A ROCHA France organises an international volunteer week at the Domaine des Courmettes. The Domaine des Courmettes is a 600 ha estate in the mountains above Nice, filled with beautiful nature and stunning views of the\u00a0C\u00f4te d’Azur. All year round there is lots of maintenance work in and outside the age old building which serves as a venue for seminars and conferences.<\/p>\n

Join an international crew of people from all ages and backgrounds in a week of practical work, fellowship and enjoying God\u2019s creation. Besides the practical work, we have a daily devotional time, shared meals and option to join in workshop and activities.<\/p>\n

A typical day might looks as follows (times\/activities might be adjusted):<\/p>\n

08:00-08:45 \/ Breakfast<\/p>\n

08:45-09:30 \/ Doing dishes<\/p>\n

09:30-10:00 \/ Devotion time<\/p>\n

10:00-12:30 \/ Practical work<\/p>\n

12:30-13:30 \/ Lunch<\/p>\n

13:30-14:15 \/ Dishes – Cleaning bathrooms<\/p>\n

14:15-16:45 \/ Practical work<\/p>\n

16:45-19:00<\/span>\u00a0\/\u00a0<\/span>Free time with optional activities like\u00a0<\/span>a guided natural history walk<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0<\/span>a workshop on moths<\/em><\/p>\n

19:00-20:00 \/ Evening meal<\/p>\n

20:00-20:45 \/ Doing dishes<\/p>\n

Full board, shared room (with possibility to share with spouse\/friends) with communal bathroom facilities :\u00a0financial participation from 165 \u20ac to 280 \u20ac<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n
